Antia Franco Caaveiro is one of the best young talents on the Galician music scene today. Born in As Pontes in 2003 she finished the Professional studies of flute and piano, and currently studying the higher degree of flute in the Music Conservatory of Santiago .at the same time, actually she studies Galicia bagpipes with the master Daniel Bellon. Member of the music band of As Pontes and of traditional music groups such as “Quenindiole” and “No Cómbaro”. He recently created the Galician music group “Nimbos” where he sings and plays the flute and the bagpipe.
Xose Liz plays different wooden flutes and acoustic guitar, bouzouqui or mandolin. Musician of recognized national and international prestige in the field of Galician folk and Celtic Music. More than forty record productions with the best Galician artists and their usual presence in the best stages of these music guarantee the trajectory of this multi-instrumentalist from Vigo. He combines his work as a professional musician, producer, arranger and composer; with his work as a professor of flute and strings in the prestigious school of folk and traditional music E-Trad de Vigo since 2009.
In this time we will discover the music of the north west of Spain from the hand of these two talented musicians. The energy of Antia Franco and the experience of Xose Liz will offer a unique and vibrant repertoire of the nowadays best Galician music.
